mibox88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms or any other mibox88 policy.
• mibox88 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering or a violation of applicable law.
• The User's account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• mibox88 is required to take such action by a competent regulatory authority.

Users who wish to close their own account may do so at any time by contacting mibox88 at the email address published in the Contact Us section. Upon voluntary closure, any available real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete rollover requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable administrative period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
